Yoga Breathing / Meditation with Jeanette Cousins

This is a simple yoga, focused primarily on deep breathing. To breathe deeply (while moving) brings life force through to our entire body. It uplifts our energy and helps release stress, tension and blocked emotions. So come and join in for two hours of uplifting relaxation!

Held Monthly, every first Tuesday  – 7 pm to 8.30 pm

The goal is to have you walking away with skills and tools for greater health, through good eating, cleansing, relaxation and awareness. This is the perfect way to get in touch with your body and your inner self, on all levels.

To meditate means resting on all levels. When we meditate deeply we are aware and connected, all while remaining still and at peace. To begin a meditative practice can be tricky if you have a busy mind, so a guided meditation might be a good start.

The Journey

Journey work is a deep, direct, and powerful way to help anyone heal on an emotional and physical level. Developed by Brandon Bays – author of the book “the Journey” – this remarkable tool for inner healing is a direct result of her own recovery from a serious illness (I highly recommend reading Brandon’s book before booking in). In a private confidential 2-3 hour session I will guide and support you to meet unresolved issues, some may go all the way back to childhood, in order to let go and heal.
