This delightful holistic health and beauty retreat and detox centre is tucked away in Wanaka, New Zealand. Nirvana Retreat is a dedicated health spa designed to revitalize you both inside and out.
We use natural health and beauty products and lead you through an entire body detox in a tranquil environment, conducive to finding balance and harmony.
We choose from treatments such as colonic therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Bowen Therapy, Rife Machine, luxurious soaks and wraps to create a custom detox plan. A special detox diet of organic of organic smoothies, fresh natural juices and salads and Acai Berry supplements will sustain and rejuvenate you throughout your stay.
We also host Raw Food Workshops with Sue Boyce from Rawsome at Nirvana Retreat. These very popular workshops discuss organically grown produce and present delicious recipies. Sue prepares food in ways you’ve never dreamt of using an array of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.

You may like to have your own private cottage tucked away in Lake Hawea or Cardrona.
